For integrators, TSPs and installers

The margin is yours.
So is the customer.

The camera your customer is being quoted elsewhere is $560, with a licence behind it every month. Here the hardware carries the business and the video platform on top of it costs you nothing — which is also why there is no per-device fee waiting for you in year two.

You buy at
€145–189
per camera, by annual volume
You sell at
€250–320
what integrators charge a fleet per vehicle
You keep
€61–175
on every camera, plus the €10–25 a month you charge for service. We take €0 of it.

01 — The terms

What you are signing up to

Three things you get, and three we will not do to you. The second row is the half worth reading — every distributor claims the first one.

What you get

The platform wears your name

Your brand, your domain, your colours, your tenant hierarchy. The manager app on the phone is branded too. Nothing your customer opens says FleetSight.

What you get

Your platform is not the price of entry

The cameras run in Wialon today. If that is where your fleets live, buy the hardware and change nothing else. Ours is there when you want it.

What you get

Stock, not a factory queue

Warranty repairs run through the manufacturer and take as long as they take — count on about a month. We hold stock so a failed unit is replaced while it is being sorted out.

What we will not do

Sell to your fleets

Fleet enquiries that land on this site get routed to the integrator covering that region. Our revenue is the hardware margin; your customers are yours, including the recurring fee you charge them.

What we will not do

Hold your data hostage

Events, clips, positions and configuration export through the API. A platform that keeps your archive when you leave is a platform you were right not to trust; we would rather keep you with the price.

What we will not do

Promise you a country

BSJ sells to other distributors, so nobody can hand you an exclusive territory — least of all us. What we can promise is where the enquiries go: to partners holding stock in that region, not to a house sales team.

02 — The numbers

What a hundred vehicles looks like

A hundred cameras a year puts you in the 50–199 tier at €169 a unit. Sold on at €280 — the middle of the band integrators charge — the arithmetic is this.

100 cameras at your tier −€16,900 €169 a unit
Sold to fleets +€28,000 €280 a vehicle
Your gross on the hardware €11,100 €111 a vehicle
Platform licence you pay us €0 at every tier, for these devices
Service fee you charge, a year €12,000–30,000 €10–25 a vehicle a month, yours in full

The same hundred vehicles, the other way

At the €450 the class normally costs, those vehicles are €45,000 of hardware to the fleet instead of €28,000, and the platform on top is usually sold per device per month. The gap is not your margin being squeezed — it is the reason the fleet says yes to video at all.

Year two

No hardware to buy for the fleet you already fitted, no licence to pay for the cameras already running, and the service fee keeps arriving. This is why the platform is free: your second year is what makes us worth buying from in the first.

The small print — configurations, freight, warranty
  • The figures on this page are the two-channel AI dash cam, the class most vehicles get. Four-, six- and eight-channel recorders and their external cameras are quoted per configuration — tell us the vehicle.
  • Prices are per camera-class device, ex works, before freight and duty. Ask for the current list — it moves with the exchange rate and the batch.
  • The €250–320 band is what integrators sell these cameras on for; each sets their own price, and fitting, SIM and their own support are theirs to quote.
  • Warranty is the vendor's: one year from shipment, repair or replacement. What we add is the stock buffer, so your customer is not waiting for a factory turnaround.

Per camera, one-off, resold at €250–320 a vehicle. The monthly fee you charge the fleet sits on top of every bar here and none of it comes to us.

Included at every tier

  • Platform at €0 a device
  • White-label, your domain
  • Your own tenant hierarchy
  • iOS app, your branding
  • Firmware and config tooling
  • Replacements from our stock
  • Fleet leads routed to you

The current list, and two cameras to put in a van.

Prices move with the exchange rate and the batch, so the list on this page is the shape and the one we send is the number. Demo units come configured for the platform you already run.

04 — The free platform

What "free" covers, and where it stops

Free software with a catch is a sales tactic, so here is the catch written out. It is one line long: the platform is paid for by the margin on the hardware, so it is free on the hardware that carried that margin.

Costs nothing

  • Every device bought from us, for as long as it is yours — not a trial, not a starter tier
  • Unlimited users and fleets inside your hierarchy: no seat count, no per-tenant fee
  • Event review, live view, playback, SD pull, camera health, rules, reports and the audit log
  • White-label: your domain, logo, colours and sender address, plus the iOS manager app
  • Storage of the frames and the clips that get pulled, kept 90 days
  • The API, including the export that lets you leave

Costs money

  • Devices bought somewhere else on the same account: €1.50–2.00 a device a month, because there is no hardware margin behind them to pay for the service
  • Anything the fleet's own SIM plan costs — about 40 MB a month per camera, cents rather than euros, but not ours to bill

That is the whole list. No per-seat pricing, no charge for a second fleet, no support plan to buy, no fee to export your data and leave.

05 — Ordering

How buying actually works

The tier follows the year, not the order

Price is set by what you take in twelve months, so the second order of forty units is priced like the fiftieth unit, not like a new customer. Ten units is a normal first order.

Ex works, freight and duty on top

Published prices are per camera-class device before shipping, duty and local taxes. Ask for the current list: it moves with the exchange rate and the batch.

Configured before it ships

Devices arrive pointed at your server with your recording policy on them, labelled, so a fitter opens the box and fits rather than provisioning on a bonnet.

Your own brand on the box

BSJ offers OEM branding. It carries a minimum order and the cost of re-issuing certificates for the renamed model — worth it once you are past a few hundred units a year, not before.

Certificates the vendor holds

IATF 16949 · ISO 9001 · RoHS · FCC · CE · ANATEL (Brazil) · BIS (India) · NBTC (Thailand)

ANATEL is unusual for a Chinese manufacturer, and it is what opens Brazil.

Certificates it does not

E-mark · UKCA · IFT (Mexico) · SASO and GCC (Gulf) · ICASA (South Africa) · NCC (Nigeria)

Certificates are issued per device. Tell us the country and the model and we send the certificate — or tell you it does not exist yet, which is sometimes the answer.

06 — Support

Who answers which phone

You are the fleet's first line

Your customer calls you, and that is written into the contract rather than assumed. You know the vehicle, the fitting and the SIM; we would be a slower version of you with none of that.

We are yours

Protocol, gateway, platform, device behaviour, firmware. Send us the ident and the timestamps and we go through the logs, rather than asking your customer to explain it twice.

Camera health takes the calls away

Offline, no SD card, a lens somebody taped over: the platform shows these on the fleet screen before a fleet manager rings to ask why the event list is empty. Half the tickets in this business are that question.

Training, and the honest gap

We train your fitters and publish the fitting guide. The installer app that checks angles and ADAS on the vehicle is on the plan and not built yet — today that check is the platform on a phone.

Fitting is yours end to end — we do not send vans. What we send is the fitting guide, the configuration, and an engineer on the phone for the first vehicle.

07 — Getting started

Four steps, and the first one is free

01

Two demo cameras

Tell us the vehicle and the platform. They arrive configured, not in a box of defaults. You pay your trade price for them, and it comes off your first order.

02

A tenant of your own

White-labelled, with your first fleet in it, while you are still deciding.

03

First order

Ten units is a normal first order. The tier moves with the year's volume, not the order's.

04

Leads in your region

Once you are stocked, the fleet enquiries from your region come to you.

08 — Before you ask

The six questions every partner asks

What stops you from selling to my customer later?

The business model, and the contract. We earn a margin on the box and nothing on your subscription, so a house sales team would cost more than it could collect and would cost us the channel that moves the hardware. It is written into the agreement, and the enquiries we get are routed out rather than worked.

Is the platform free forever, or free until you have enough of us?

Free for devices bought from us, for as long as they are yours. It is affordable because it is cheap to run: infrastructure is about €0.05 a device a month at scale, a rounding error against the margin on the box. Devices from another source are the exception and they are priced, at €1.50–2.00 a device a month.

What if I already run Wialon or Navixy?

Wialon carries these cameras today, on the BSJ Video device type, with event video, live and playback — buy the hardware and change nothing. Navixy has no BSJ connector; the request is in with the vendor and we will not pretend otherwise. flespi parses the telemetry of one model and no video.

How real is the platform?

The application and its backend are finished and run end to end — every screen, real data, roles, audit trail. The gateway speaks JT/T 808, JT/T 1078 and the 苏标 alarm set and is verified against a device simulator, live video included. It has not yet met a BSJ camera on a bench. The hardware ships now and works in Wialon, so nothing you sell waits on us.

What does the fleet actually pay per month?

For the platform, nothing. Fleets in this market pay €10–25 a vehicle a month for video service, and that fee is yours to set and keep — it covers your support, your SIM and your margin, not a licence you are passing through to us.

Why would I not import from the factory myself?

At real volume you should run that arithmetic, and the unit price will be lower. Against it, count the minimum order, the working capital sitting in a container, customs and certification per country, a month of repair turnaround with no replacement unit, provisioning every device yourself — and no platform. Below a few thousand units a year it rarely comes out ahead.

Price list and two demo cameras

Put one in a vehicle before you decide.

Tell us the platform you run, the vehicles you fit and roughly how many cameras a year. You get the current price list, the certificate list for the models you care about, and two demo cameras configured for your platform before they ship — at your own trade price, credited against your first order.
